When we decided to sell our
Safety Harbor home we interviewed 3 realtors from three
different realities. After the interviews, Kim got the
listing hands down. The house was sold in three days - THREE
DAYS - in this down market. Most remarkable of all
was that Kim got us the full asking price!! We had some
repairs that needed to be made and Kim gave us some contacts that
did the repairs timely and at a fair price. We really had

Sara Ann and I have on two
